• Personal customer support across all levels of the publishing business
• Implementation of Digital Services and assisting customers in the digital onboarding process
• Handling customer complaints and working with various departments for solutions
• Acquiring new customers for Thüringer Tageszeitungen and ensuring their long-term engagement
