Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training and several years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Proficiency in Office programs and interest in new media and technologies
• High level of commitment, initiative, teamwork, and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Personal customer support across all levels of the publishing business
• Implementation of Digital Service and support for customers in digital entry into the product world
• Handling customer complaints and processing them with other departments
• Acceptance and processing of advertisements for newspapers and advertising leaflets
• Selling tickets for regional and national events, skilled product presentation, and sales of retail items
• Responsible for scheduling and vacation planning as a team leader
