Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on trade and/or marketing
  • Relevant work experience in Key Account Management, preferably in a brand-oriented or press distribution environment
  • Analytical thinking, solution-oriented action, and strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage strategically important Key Accounts in retail and e-commerce
  • Develop individual sales concepts and explore new innovative sales channels
  • Design creative cooperation ideas and implement them with partners
  • Lead contract and condition negotiations and ensure sustainable customer retention
  • Analyze market and revenue developments, derive recommendations, and implement measures for goal achievement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams like Marketing, Product Management, and Logistics for optimal strategy implementation
