Requirements

• Successfully completed education in media or service-related field and/or a degree in business administration
• Sales experience in B2B environment, preferably in Employer Branding or Recruiting
• Experience in customer acquisition and development
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and persuasive abilities

Responsibilities

• Actively market the portfolio and develop customized offers
• Maintain and expand client relationships through personal visits and tailored consultations
• Independently create media offers and communication solutions
• Conduct market research and contribute to expanding the portfolio through various projects
