Requirements

• Completed Volontariat and ideally several years of journalistic experience as a local reporter
• Demonstrated sense for relevant local topics
• Knowledge of digital journalism practices and the use of analytical tools
• Experience in using social media channels, particularly Facebook
• Familiarity with the Olpe region or a willingness to get to know the region and its people

Responsibilities

• Journalistic implementation of relevant local topics across digital and analog channels, including social media
• Building a network of contacts and maintaining it
• Analyzing user interests using dashboard data
• Demonstrating creativity in journalistic photography and videography, as well as finding topics beyond the schedule
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from the production desk
