Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification in the media field
• Project or other management experience, particularly in stakeholder management and service provider control
• Data-driven decision-making skills and a strong interest in the publisher business
• Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills
• Structured and independent work approach with a solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Support the team leader in achieving goals and strategies
• Expand the marketable podcast portfolio through analysis, development of existing formats, collaborations, and coordination of commissioned productions
• Identify promising target groups through market analysis, develop suitable formats, and implement them in the appropriate manner
• Support stakeholder management and coordinate audio projects with all brands and departments of the FUNKE Group
• Optimize internal workflows and manage internal and external service providers
