Requirements

• Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
• Problem-solving orientation and quick grasp of new processes
• Previous experience in planning and executing magazine production and processes, including with external partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a confident demeanor

Responsibilities

• Acting as a link between the editorial and magazine departments
• Ensuring adherence to timelines and processes
• Driving the systematic development and automation of internal structures and workflows
• Maintaining contacts with external service providers and printers
• Collaborating closely with the Process Management team
