Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or further education as a Meister/Techniker or equivalent qualification
• Excellent technical understanding and knowledge of MS-Office
• Very reliable, flexible, and structured approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Personnel scheduling according to production plan and leading the shift
• Implementation of production plans and instructions from production management
• Careful documentation and monitoring of production
• Execution of production preparation
• Support in continuous improvement in the production area
