Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Strong numerical skills and understanding of business processes and terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, MM, BW, easySD, and Batch-Input Mappen)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Fluent in German

Responsibilities

• Support the IT billing process and ensure accurate and efficient handling
• Coordinate and process inquiries related to billing
• Conduct analyses and create reports, including plan-actual comparisons
• Invoice coding
