Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and relevant work experience in payroll
• Current knowledge of tax and social security law
• Experience with SAP HCM or other payroll systems
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handling contract and master data changes, new employee setup, and payroll processing
• Communicating with insurance companies, authorities, and social security institutions
• Acting as a contact person for all payroll-related queries
• Assisting with year-end activities
• Managing timekeeping records
