Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Several years of practical experience in the IT field
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Experience with software and hardware rollouts and on-site service work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Qualify assumptions, analyze and evaluate IT malfunctions in the infrastructure area of client and server systems
• Administer Linux and Windows servers
• Document problem and solution-related incoming hardware and software malfunctions
• Monitor IT and data center monitoring systems
