Requirements

• Enrolled student able to work approximately 16 hours per week
• Ideally, some experience in the media field through internships or freelance work
• Passion for current affairs and enjoyment of fast-paced news reporting
• Strong writing skills and ability to work independently
• Availability to work on weekends, preferably with the option to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Create content in the form of text, photos, and videos for the News & Regionales department
• Conduct independent research and produce search engine optimized content and viral stories
• Manage text formatting and image selection in the content management system
• Work on strategic projects and gain insights into online journalism
• Work weekend shifts and early/late shifts at the news desk
