Requirements

• Several years of editorial leadership and coaching experience
• Journalistic education and proficiency in journalistic styles
• Extensive expertise in organizational development with practical project implementation
• Knowledge of print and digital editorial processes, conflicts, and agile working
• Experience in developing editorial systems (CMS, Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Support the Handelsblatt editorial team in structural and cultural development
• Analyze content and target audiences to enhance journalistic quality and user engagement
• Lead projects for digital transformation and oversee their implementation and evaluation
• Act as a liaison with Data Scientists, HR, and the works council for strategic decision implementation
