Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex transformation projects in editorial and publishing departments
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation of changes in departments and teams
  • Facilitate strategy and development projects, workshops, and project groups
  • Continuously optimize processes and structures in line with the digital corporate strategy
  • Support and advise executives in key phases of change projects
