Requirements

• Degree in business administration, journalism, or organizational development
• Experience in digital journalism, publishing, or editorial management
• Expertise in change management and organizational development, preferably in the media industry
• Experience in facilitating workshops and advising executives and employees
• Knowledge of standard processes and tools in publishing or editorial departments

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation projects in the company's editorial and publishing departments
• Analyze change needs and design change projects in collaboration with the editorial teams and management
• Manage projects from planning to implementation, including process optimization and structural improvements
• Facilitate strategy and development projects, workshops, and project groups
• Provide guidance and support to executives during key phases of change projects
