Requirements

• A degree in computer science or a related field
• Strong IT skills and understanding of complex concepts
• Experience with SQL, APEX, Flow, JAVA, HTML, CSS, SF-Automations, and Dynamic Content
• Proficiency in Salesforce processes, methods, and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ideally, experience in the media industry, particularly in subscription-based services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level)

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the Salesforce infrastructure as the central CRM system
• Working in an agile environment with an interdisciplinary in-house team
• Developing automated subscription and business processes
• Implementing customer journey automations and A/B tests
• Training key users in Salesforce applications
