Requirements

• A degree or certification related to data protection
• Strong experience in data protection/GDPR and its application in customer data systems
• Solution-oriented and independent approach to new regulations, ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• IT affinity and understanding of complex concepts, with the ability to develop CRM systems using SQL, APEX, Flow, JAVA, HTML, CSS
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (C2 level)

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Salesforce infrastructure as the central CRM system of the Handelsblatt Media Group using your data protection skills
• Ensure that CRM processes are implemented in compliance with the current GDPR regulations, working closely with the legal department and internal departments
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary in-house team and external service providers to realize data protection processes in CRM systems
• Independently handle customer requests related to their data rights under Article 15 of the GDPR
• Stay up to date with industry trends, continue to develop your data protection and CRM skills
