Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Media, or Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience and knowledge of Salesforce processes, methods, and tools, as well as requirements management
• Strong IT affinity and understanding of complex concepts, with experience in project management and agile software development teams
• Very good German language skills (Level C2)

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the central CRM system of the Handelsblatt Media Group
• Measure the success of CRM initiatives using quantitative KPIs and qualitative customer feedback
• Ensure user experience and usability in Salesforce development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers for project-based work
