Requirements

• Leadership experience and understanding of Servant Leadership
• Strong technical background in data, preferably with experience in Google Cloud Platform/Big Query
• Understanding of data flows and processes
• Experience in "Hyperautomation", PySpark, SQL, GCP, Snowflake is a plus
• Analytical thinking, technology affinity, and passion for innovation

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Data Engineering and Process Intelligence
• Lead and develop the Data & Process Intelligence team
• Automate tasks and processes using RPA technology
• Identify efficiency improvements through Process Mining
• Manage SAP Business Warehouses and other analytics components
