Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the technology and/or media industry
• Strong technical background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to a wide audience
• Experience in partnership development and product development, particularly in innovative and disruptive methods
• Interest in digital trends and experience working within a corporate structure with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Represent the company's position on AI internally and externally
• Negotiate and develop strategic partnerships with technology companies, platforms, and startups
• Conceptualize and organize AI-specific training and coaching for employees
• Identify and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with disruptive potential
• Communicate current and future AI trends and developments to internal stakeholders
