A leading media house in Germany is looking for a (Junior-) Project Manager Podcast in Düsseldorf to drive the progress and development of podcast campaigns, work with various departments, and optimize campaign delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business with a focus on Marketing or relevant practical training with a strong digital orientation
Expertise in the German podcast market landscape
Experience in podcast ad serving (via DAI) is a plus
Professional experience in project management of customer projects/ad campaigns
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and customer understanding
Excellent moderation skills, high initiative, and sense of responsibility
Digital affinity and openness to new technologies and developments in new media, especially podcasts
Responsibilities
Drive the progress and development of podcast campaigns
Lead the implementation of podcast campaigns in collaboration with clients, agencies, creatives, and editorial teams
Plan and manage project timelines, steering project management
Coordinate with various departments and publishers
Conduct project meetings and ensure timely project progress
Create qualitative reports, measure campaign success, and develop new ideas for project improvement
Support in optimizing campaign delivery
Coordinate, negotiate with external service providers, and handle billing
Assist sales with individual sales inquiries
