Requirements

• Experience in project management
• Kaufmännische Ausbildung and/or a degree in BWL
• Planning and organizational skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs, especially SharePoint
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal project partners, service providers, and customers
• Analyze, plan, structure, and implement processes
• Create and maintain roadmaps, project and time schedules, and reports
• Responsible for budget, quality, and deadline
• Handle legal and data protection issues and create contract drafts
• Calculation, offer creation, monitoring, billing, and project controlling
