Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing customer projects, with a background in business administration and/or a completed degree in business administration and/or media/communication
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work with Microsoft Office programs (especially SharePoint)
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and process optimization skills
• Effective communication skills in both German and English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal project partners, service providers, and customers
• Analyze, plan, structure, control, and implement processes
• Create and maintain roadmaps, project and time schedules, and reports
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality assurance, and budget management
• Handle legal and data protection issues, as well as draft contracts
• Budget planning, proposal preparation, monitoring, invoicing, and project controlling
