Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial education and several years of experience in customer service and leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of twenty in the inbound customer service center
• Monitor and improve qualitative and quantitative metrics, such as service level and KPIs
• Oversee and ensure personal development of team members
• Responsible for process implementation and optimization
