Requirements

• Degree in Lehramt Sekundarstufe I or Geisteswissenschaften, or currently in Referendariat with didactic experience
• Teaching experience, preferably using digital methods and tools
• Motivation, creativity, and curiosity in developing new digital teaching methods
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, and excellent written communication skills
• Clear understanding of effective and age-appropriate teaching and how to address teachers' digital anxieties

Responsibilities

• Support the development and expansion of digital offerings in school education
• Contribute ideas and experiences to product development
• Design and develop digital learning concepts for grades 5 to 10
• Create didactic materials for different subjects and grade levels
• Assist with the evaluation of online applications, tools, and teaching concepts
• Maintain and update various didactic distribution channels
• Provide advice and support for the practical implementation of digital teaching approaches
