Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Media Management
• Experience in Business Development, Digital Business, and Corporate Venturing
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• Proactive work approach, team spirit, empathy, and motivation to drive new initiatives
• Affinity for digital and media-related business models and experience in building new business models
• Excellent German and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a new business strategy for the NRW region
• Manage and lead new business processes for NRW Regional Media
• Calculate business cases and prepare make-or-buy decisions
• Directly approach cooperation partners in strategic growth areas
• Systematically observe the startup scene
• Coordinate external agencies, service providers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts
