Requirements

• Previous experience as a freelance employee or working student in the media field
• Interest in news reporting, regional topics, and viral trends
• Proficiency in social media management
• Strong writing skills with an understanding of online and mobile article formatting (SEO, viral, multimedia)

Responsibilities

• Learn targeted reporting in text, photo, and video on current topics in News, Northern Germany, and Celebrities/TV
• Produce fast news and SEO-optimized texts at the news desk
• Identify and prioritize topics of interest in the North, acting as a reporter in Hamburg and surrounding areas
• Participate in journalistic training and projects for the strategic expansion of offerings
