Requirements

• Completed Volontariat in news, online, or SEO
• Experience in managing a high-traffic online portal
• Passion for fast-paced journalism
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends

Responsibilities

• Producing content related to Hamburg and Northern Germany
• Optimizing articles for Google, social media, and other distribution channels
• Editing and approving content (text, image, video) and providing feedback to authors and reporters
• Identifying and prioritizing topics based on digital metrics
• Managing the news portal based on user interests
