Requirements

• Completed commercial training and several years of relevant professional experience in HR payroll
• Technical affinity and strong technical background in SAP HCM
• Knowledge of tax and social security law as well as occupational pension schemes
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Passion for HR topics

Responsibilities

• Advising on all application issues related to SAP HCM, coordinating cross-cutting payroll issues, and ensuring the continuous development of the team
• Diagnosing and resolving SAP HCM application problems, testing new functionalities, and documenting them
• Conducting evaluations using Adhoc Query and creating reports and overviews in MS Excel
• Managing the payroll run in SAP HCM in compliance with legal and collective bargaining agreements
• Participating as a payroll expert in the introduction of our new HR process software
• Leading or participating in projects to continuously optimize and develop internal processes and systems
