Requirements

• Completed education in Logistics or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and in the field, with a Class B driver's license
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and self-organization

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the delivery of print products in the distribution area
• Hiring and disciplinary management of distributors, conducting employee meetings
• Short and long-term planning of district assignments in distribution areas
• Preparation of monthly payroll, contract creation, and development of onboarding processes
• Budget responsibility and handling of complaint management as a team leader
