Requirements

• Completed education in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and self-organization

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of print products, letters, or postal products in the assigned area
• Hiring and disciplinary management of delivery personnel, including conducting employee discussions
• Short and long-term planning of district assignments in distribution areas
• Preparation of monthly payroll, creation of employment contracts, and continuous improvement of onboarding processes
• Budget responsibility as a team leader and handling of complaints
