Requirements

• Completed training as an event manager or event salesperson and/or at least 1 year of professional experience in organizing b2b events
• Strong cost and responsibility awareness
• Experience in project management and a team player

• Digital affinity and experience in technical event production and audiovisual services for digital/live events

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of correspondence with speakers and participants
• Support for reissues of existing training, seminars, and further education programs (digital/live)
• Organizational agreements with locations in the preparation phase of a live event
• Creation of sophisticated digital and physical documentation
• Setting up, planning, and coordinating various video conferencing tools for digital training
• Creation of technical requirements and support for audiovisual equipment
• Organizational handling of events, including coordination of service providers
• Evaluation and follow-up of events
• Monitoring and maintenance of project budgets in close coordination with the project team
