Requirements

• Completed training as an Event Manager or at least 2 years of experience in organizing b2b events
• Strong project management skills
• Team player with flexibility and ability to work well under stress
• Digital affinity and experience in technical event production for digital/hybrid events

Responsibilities

• Independently managing project organization and correspondence
• Coordinating with speakers, clients, and prospects
• Setting up and coordinating remote event platforms and streaming solutions
• Handling event logistics and service providers
• Budget planning and monitoring in collaboration with the project team
