Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting and retention measures for the delivery staff in Hamburg
• Analyzing recruiting channels and deriving measures for the Hamburg region
• Piloting new recruiting methods and implementing measures for employee retention
• Managing the entire applicant process, including maintaining applicant data
