Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in programmatic sales/business development for DSPs, SSPs, or related organizations
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and CTV
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Build marketing activities with international clients and develop deep integrated partnerships in the CTV ecosystem
• Research and acquire new media partners for the publisher network
• Manage CTV inventory and strategically expand existing demand partner collaborations
• Conduct industry and trend research, identify unique partnership opportunities
• Develop and negotiate tailored offers for advertisers and publishers
• Analyze customer needs and KPIs in collaboration with programmatic and product management
