Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing customer projects
• Commercial training and/or a completed business administration degree
• Experience in using Microsoft Office programs, especially SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Coordination of internal project partners, service providers, and customers
• Management of print and digital media products
• Analysis, planning, structuring, control, and implementation of processes
• Preparation and maintenance of roadmaps, project and time schedules, and reporting
• Responsibility for compliance with deadlines, quality assurance, and budget
• Coordination of legal and data protection issues and preparation of contract drafts
• Calculation, quotation, monitoring, billing, and project controlling
• Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of remote and on-site workshops
• Consulting and development of customers regarding their needs
• Close cooperation with specialists within and outside the Handelsblatt Media Group
