Responsibilities

• Support subscribers of the Braunschweiger Zeitung and assist in designing private ads
• Handle the sale of event tickets and merchandise
• Manage customer care and advice
• Plan team schedules and act as the main contact person for the team
• Conduct inventory control, order, and sell items from the reader shop
