Requirements

• Completed legal studies with two state examinations
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in data protection law and general contract law
• Ability to recognize economic contexts and develop practical solutions
• High affinity for the German language and ability to formulate texts precisely and coherently
• Responsible, communicative, and assertive

Responsibilities

• Independently handling legal issues, primarily in data protection law and contract law, and additionally in media law
• Managing data protection processes and continuously optimizing them in the Handelsblatt Media Group
• Independently handling legal proceedings and communicating with external attorneys
• Advising the management and subsidiaries of the Handelsblatt Media Group on legal matters
• Creating and reviewing contracts from various fields
