Requirements

• Enrolled student status and availability to work 16-20 hours per week
• Previous experience in telephone customer service
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and written advice to customers regarding subscriptions, private ads, and print and online products
• Handle customer complaints and collaborate with other departments to find solutions
• Document conversation outcomes and record relevant data
