Requirements

• Availability for 10 or 20 hours per week
• Previous experience in telephone customer advice is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written German
• Strong customer orientation and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted telephone advice to customers
• Develop strategies to win back customers who have canceled subscriptions
• Present the company's magazine portfolio to customers
• Document conversation results and enter data
