Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in active sourcing and applicant management
• Post job openings on various job portals
• Assist in operational and strategic topics related to process optimization/digitalization
• Monitor HR trends and evaluate developments with the team
• Provide support to the HR team in day-to-day operations
