Requirements

• Studying Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychology, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
• Previous practical experience in HR through internships or part-time jobs
• Motivated, proactive, structured, and able to work independently
• Available as a Werkstudent:in for 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Support in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
• Handle administrative HR tasks, such as contract creation and maintenance of personnel files
• Maintain and monitor the time management system
• Contribute to internal projects and process optimization
