Requirements

• Studying Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
• Interest in personal development and some practical experience in the field
• Motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support in organizing, conducting, and following up on internal and external training events
• Serve as a contact person for employees and external service providers
• Assist in day-to-day operations such as scheduling, invitation management, invoice control and administration, budget planning, and needs analysis
