Requirements

• Studying Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychology, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
• Interest in Personalentwicklung with some practical experience through internships or part-time jobs
• Highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support in organizing, conducting, and following up on training events
• Act as a contact person for employees and external service providers
• Assist in scheduling and invitation management
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Assist in invoice control, administration, and budget planning
