Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, preferably in business, natural or engineering sciences or computer science
  • Extensive experience in leading complex projects at the interface of sales, IT, and marketing
  • Several years of experience in team leadership
  • Relevant experience in innovation and project portfolio management, project prioritization, or project controlling in multi-project environments
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and methods, particularly project planning and control, risk and quality control, desirable with certification according to IPMA or PMI, as well as training as a SCRUM Master and SCRUM Product Owner
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Dynamic and results-oriented work approach, agile mindset, and high implementation orientation
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving
  • Proficiency in working with numbers, metrics, and KPIs
  • Team-oriented leadership style combined with high social competence and the ability to motivate and empower employees
  • Helpful experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Jira, Nautilus, Confluence, Teams

Responsibilities

  • Interface to all relevant sales areas, especially sales and sales-controlling
  • Leadership of the Sales Intelligence team, including process optimization, sales control, commitment control, condition management, and more
  • Projecting and implementing new control processes using software solutions such as Salesforce, Highspot, BI, and Power BI
  • Support in the development of market-appropriate offer models
  • Coordination and development of pricing and discount policies
  • Identification of future-oriented market and customer potentials
  • Competition monitoring with a sales focus and use of corresponding tools (Zulu5, Advision)
  • Commitment control, controlling, and reporting
  • Agency and customer negotiations together with the sales team
  • Examination and creation of contracts
  • Support in the evaluation and reporting of sales measures
  • Coordination and creation of the sales annual plan and goals as well as control of the forecasting process
