Job parameters


Requirements

  • Completed degree in HR management or labor law, or equivalent education with additional qualifications in HR
  • At least five years of relevant work experience in operational HR or a similar role
  • Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law, as well as experience working with works councils
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g. SAP-HCM/SuccessFactors), applicant management systems, and MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational HR issues and serve as a competent point of contact for management, employees, and the works council on all personnel, administrative, and legal issues
  • Support managers and teams in the selection of new employees, prepare employment contract issues, and support new employees during onboarding
  • Collaborate with the works council in a trusting and partnership-based manner
  • Support HR projects, such as the digitization of the HR department
