Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with preferably two satisfactory state exams and good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
• Ideally, 2-3 years of professional experience in the entire spectrum of labor law, preferably gained in a company or law firm focused on labor law
• Negotiation experience with employee representatives desirable
• Teamwork, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Strategic and economic awareness

Responsibilities

• Advising management, executives, and HR employees on all matters of individual and collective labor law
• Supporting change processes and restructuring measures
• Drafting works agreements and negotiating with works councils
• Creating template contracts and guidelines
• Developing tailored solutions for all labor law-related daily business matters
• Occasionally representing the company group in labor court proceedings
