Responsibilities

• Manage goals on an annual basis, implementing through OKRs
• Analyze and control relevant KPIs for process optimization
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Nurture customer relationships through leading by example and professional communication
• Collaborate on strategic projects for customer retention and external communication
• Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product, IT, and Management
• Promote team spirit, quality assurance, and knowledge exchange
