Requirements

  • Technical education or a successfully completed degree in a similar field
  • Relevant professional and leadership experience in technical customer service
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working as well as planning, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Experience in change management

Responsibilities

  • Organizational and technical responsibility for the team, such as personnel planning (organization of 24x7 readiness) and onboarding of new employees and development of guidelines
  • First point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders with questions or problems
  • Management of operational and strategic issues as well as delivery of regular reports and KPIs to management
  • Analysis and development of innovative workflows including implementation
