Handelsblatt's iq media is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Munich. The ideal candidate should have experience in media marketing, be creative, and have excellent communication skills.
Completed degree in media, marketing, or related field
Several years of experience in media marketing, with contacts on media agency and client side
Creativity and confidence in presenting own ideas and thoughts
Conviction that print is a valuable element for strong communication
Enjoyment of contact and empathy in discussions with colleagues and clients with different expectations or backgrounds
Responsibilities
Advising, inspiring, and steering clients on the side of advertisers as well as agencies
Connecting the strengths of our portfolio - also cross-media - to effective responses to the individual requirements of our partners
Creating customer relationships that allow proactive approaches to be suggested at any time, but also to be the first point of contact when a communication task arises on the customer side
Sharing ideas, experiences, and feedback on reports in our CRM with colleagues in the team as well as with the publishing partners to develop and expand products and customer budgets sustainably
Setting ambitious (revenue) goals and pursuing them stringently and resiliently
